| Tim Pohlman
believes in dreams. He also believes in the
hard work necessary to make your dreams come
true. That's why, after an outstanding 25
year career in the Broadcast Industry, Tim
finally pursued his life long dream of
owning his own radio stations. Thus, in
January of 2005, along with partner Chris
Maguire, Riviera Broadcast Group was born. |

| After
graduating from the University of Dayton,
where Pohlman played 4 years of Division 1
college basketball, he joined Cox
Communications where he quickly rose to the
position of National Sales Manager. This
would set the course for a long career in
radio broadcast sales and management, which
has ultimately culminated in the formation
of Riviera Broadcast Group. Mr. Pohlman has
held various positions with many of the top
broadcast companies in this country,
allowing for a rich background in radio from
coast to coast. |

| Chris
Maguire is a co-founder of Riviera Broadcast
Group. With over 16 years of leadership in
financial management, analysis and business
operations in the radio broadcasting and
wireless industries, Chris was the perfect
partner to help create and grow Riviera
Broadcast Group. |

| Chris
became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
after graduating with honors from James
Madison University. He proceeded to spend 5
years gaining valuable post college
experience in public accounting while
working for Ernst and Young. Chris then
moved into the communications field where he
held the position of Corporate Controller
for EZ Communications, a publicly traded
radio broadcasting company. Mr. Maguire was
a member of the Company's working group for
its successful IPO. The Company was
subsequently merged into American Radio
Systems, Inc. He then was responsible for
mergers & acquisitions, budgeting &
forecasting, financial administration,
treasury and financial reporting. |

| After
leaving American Radio Systems, Mr. Maguire
was an officer with American Tower
Corporation, holding several positions
during his tenure there. His last position
prior to leaving was Vice President and
General Manager of ATC's Western Region. In
that position Chris had direct managerial
responsibility for the sales, operations,
development, acquisitions, legal, and
finance functions. At the time, ATC's West
Region had approximately $100 million of
revenue and 2,000 towers. |

| Most
recently, Mr. Maguire was a Board Member and
Chief Financial Officer for Golden State
Towers, LLC until its successful merger into
a public company in November 2004. |

Maguire resides in Walnut Creek, California
with his wife Maro and their 2 children
Alexander and Jack. |
